Mark Lem is a founding partner at Allied Roofing Partners ("ARP"). Over the course of his career, Mark has played a key role in founding, investing in, and scaling multiple privately held consumer and business services companies into market leaders. He specializes in partnering with founder-owned businesses to drive growth and operational excellence, helping transform them into regional and industry leaders through investment and strategic support. Previously, Mark served as an investment professional at Gallant Capital and Court Square Capital, where he focused on private equity investments and growth-oriented partnerships across the U.S. lower and middle markets. He began his career in investment banking, with roles at Morgan Stanley and Lazard. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from McGill University.

Aaron Shumaker is a founding partner at Allied Roofing Partners ("ARP"). Aaron is a serial entrepreneur and investor with a strong track record of building and scaling service-oriented businesses. He founded, led, and built Frontpoint, a nationwide tech-enabled home services company that grew from scratch to over $125 million in annual recurring revenue and over 300,000 subscribers under his leadership. Prior to Frontpoint, Aaron worked in the Leveraged Finance group at Goldman Sachs. Following a successful exit to private equity in 2020, Aaron has continued to invest in and support founder-led businesses across the home services vertical to help them rapidly develop and scale. Aaron holds a bachelor’s of arts and sciences degree from Georgetown University.

Jason Dacosta is a founding partner at Allied Roofing Partners ("ARP"). Prior to co-founding ARP, he co-founded and scaled MSP Corp into Canada’s leading network of independent managed IT services providers, ultimately leading it through a successful exit to a private equity-backed strategic buyer. Jason brings deep expertise in partnering with founder-led businesses to accelerate growth and implement operational best practices. His focus lies in helping companies evolve into market leaders through strategic guidance and investment. Previously, Jason served as Chief Financial Officer of Qxio, a rapidly growing, next-generation internet provider. He began his career in private equity with roles at Novacap and 747 Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from McGill University.

Ron Sudbury is President of Allied Roofing Partners (“ARP”), where he leads its executive team and oversees partner company operations, with a focus on driving organic growth and value creation initiatives. Ron is a seasoned operator in the U.S. residential roofing industry, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Best Choice Roofing where he helped lead the company from a sub-scale founder-led business into one of the industry’s leading players with over $500 million in annual sales. Earlier in his career, Ron was Executive Vice President at Avis Budget Group, where he managed daily operations across the Americas, driving P&L growth, revenue generation, and operational efficiency. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. Ron is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Michael Wittmeyer serves as an Operating Partner at Allied Roofing Partners (“ARP”), where he leads the strategic development of the marketing function across the platform. Mike supports ARP's partner companies on marketing strategy, brand positioning, digital infrastructure, and scalable growth initiatives that support acquisition and expansion efforts. Mike is a seasoned entrepreneur and marketing executive with a track record of building high-growth, digitally driven businesses. He co-founded and led JM Bullion, helping scale it into one of the largest precious metals e-commerce retailers in the United States. Leveraging a centralized digital growth engine as a core driver of expansion, the company grew to over $2 billion in annual revenue under his leadership. Following a successful exit, Mike has continued to advise and invest in founder-led businesses, focusing on digital strategy, customer acquisition, and long-term value creation. At ARP, he applies that experience to help build a disciplined, platform-wide digital marketing engine designed to accelerate growth while strengthening each partner’s local brand.

Marc Bouvier serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Allied Roofing Partners (“ARP”), where he leads the finance function across ARP’s partner companies. His responsibilities include financial reporting, treasury management, M&A integration and the implementation of accounting best practices. Marc has held multiple interim CFO roles at mid-market companies, most recently a private-equity backed plumbing platform comprised of multiple brands across the US. Earlier in his career, Marc was a Director in KPMG’s M&A deal advisory group, advising on M&A execution and finance transformation across a range of industries. Marc is a registered CPA, holds an MBA from Babson College and has a master’s in taxation from Northeastern University.

She leads multi-market business units with a focus on operational excellence, financial performance, and scalable growth. Candice is responsible for driving consistency across regional teams while empowering strong local leadership and maintaining close client relationships. She partners closely with platform company leaders to align strategic objectives with field execution, ensuring performance standards, safety, and service quality are upheld across all markets.

Cassandra’s career spans multiple industries—with a strong focus on construction—where she has led HR departments through rapid growth and operational transformation. Known for aligning HR strategy with business goals, she has a proven track record of enhancing employee engagement, streamlining processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance across diverse teams. Tom is responsible for identifying and evaluating new market opportunities and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure new locations are positioned for efficient and scalable growth from day one. Tom partners closely with regional leadership to translate strategic expansion objectives into fully operational, revenue-generating businesses.

Kyle Unser serves as the Group Controller, a financial leader with deep expertise in corporate finance, M&A, and operational optimization. As Group Controller at Allied Roofing Partners (“ARP”), Kyle plays a critical role in supporting the finance function across each of ARP’s Partner companies including financial modeling, financial reporting, controls, process improvement and post-merger integration across multiple entities. Before Joining ARP, Kyle served as the Corporate Controller for Super Home Services a Privately held home services platform where he supported M&A execution, integrations financial reporting and implemented controls across multiple entities. He is passionate about aligning financial operations with long-term business strategy and building high-performing teams that support sustained growth.

Azad Naim serves as Vice President, Partnerships & Acquisitions at Allied Roofing Partners (“ARP”), where he supports its partner platform and subsequent local add-on sourcing and business development efforts. He is responsible for identifying and building relationships with high-quality founder-led businesses (platform and existing partner add-ons) across ARP’s target markets. Prior to joining ARP, Azad held a range of business development and sales roles at Keller Williams, MomentFeed, and j2 Global, where he led growth strategy, sourcing efforts, and stakeholder engagement across a variety of consumer services industries. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

He brings over a decade of experience as a founder and operator of marketing agencies, with deep expertise in SEO, paid media, and performance-driven campaigns. Farbod has scaled marketing programs for businesses ranging from local service providers to Fortune 500 companies, with a strong focus on the home services industry. He holds a B.A. in Business-Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

As part of ARP’s national expansion strategy, he focuses on identifying market-leading contractors and structuring partnerships that provide capital and strategic support while preserving each company’s brand, culture, and local leadership.
