Are you sales-minded, organized, and ready to help drive revenue for a trusted roofing company? Capstone Roofing is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Roofing Sales Coordinator to support our estimators and sales process from the first phone call through lead follow-up.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for new leads—via phone, email and online inquiries.
  • Qualify and input leads into AccuLynx (CRM) and schedule appointments.
  • Provide follow-up support and ensure no leads fall through the cracks.
  • Assist in the coordination of permit requests, inspections, and customer related documentation.
  • Help track sales performance and support team success.
  • Support office and project teams with administrative and/or sales tasks as needed.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Has at least 3+ years of administrative and sales experience.
  • Has industry experience in roofing, construction, or other similar trade.
  • Has a strong phone presence and enjoys customer interaction.
  • Is organized, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understands the sales process and enjoys being part of a team that wins together.
