What You’ll Do:

• Run the full sales cycle for roofing projects—from lead to signed contract
• Use tools like Hover, EagleView, and Roofr to deliver precise estimates
• Conduct site visits and provide expert consultation
• Build long-term client relationships and gain referrals
• Stay ahead of trends to offer the best solutions in the industry

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in roofing sales & estimating
• Proficiency in estimating tools and roofing systems
• Strong closer with excellent communication skills
• Local to the Santa Rosa, CA area or able to commute reliably
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
